Position: Permanent | Full Time
Location: New York, NY
Days: Monday – Friday | 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: 90K – 115K

What You’ll Do:
- Manage Data in Relativity: Process, upload, and manage data in Relativity, ensuring smooth ingestion and execution of technical solutions.
- Search & Create: Run searches, create review batches, and develop coding layouts to support legal teams with critical document review.
- Produce & Export: Prepare and export high-quality productions for clients with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Provide Support: Administer Relativity and offer end-user support to ensure seamless functionality across teams.
- Maintain Records: Keep track of project files, including meeting notes, instructions, and communications with clients and legal teams.
What They’re Looking For:
- Relativity Experience: 1-2 years in Relativity or RelativityOne (Relativity Certified Administration preferred).
- Experience: Experience in eDiscovery, document reviews, or case support.
- Team Player: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, internal stakeholders, and service providers.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure quality control on all work, maintaining accuracy and precision.
- Curiosity & Problem-Solving: A solutions-oriented mindset, eager to learn and grow.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime when required.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
