Job Role
The Equipment Upkeep Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining and improving the condition of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Train and coach maintenance staff on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
- Collaborate with operations to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or significant experience in a related field.
- 5 years of job-related experience in a food safety manufacturing environment.
- 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
