Job Summary
- Responsible for Inbound operations of Receiving, Put-aways, and Returns on first shift.
- Overseeing the 2nd shift operation of Receiving, Put-Aways, and Replenishment.
- Must be self-motivated and driven to anticipate issues and resolve them before they negatively impact the business.
- Ensure team members are trained and cross trained, as needed.
- Distribute job assignments to accomplish the goals of the Inbound Operation.
- Assign daily responsibilities and special assignments related to serving our customers and future WMS process improvements and implementation.
- Back up manager when 2nd shift Lead is on PTO.
- Be able to multi-task in the day-to day operations of our business as we grow and change.
- Ensure safety rules/requirements are followed.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and shipping software
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented is a requirement.
