Full Time : 37.5 hours per week, Flexible Schedule, Hybrid Position
Starting Rate of Pay : $18.54-$20.39 per hour, negotiable based on education and years of experience
SUMMARY OF DUTIES
The Employment Specialist provides individualized job development, work skills training and supervision to individuals receiving services in a community-based work setting.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
Minimum : High School Diploma or equivalency PLUS two years full-time direct service experience with developmentally disabled adults.
Valid New York State driver's license in good standing, New York automobile insurance, and a reliable motor vehicle required.
