Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all their solution needs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ pain points, objectives, and business requirements.
- Design and propose solutions that address clients’ specific challenges and align with their goals and budget.
- Prompt follow-up to all customer inquiries and actively pursue leads and existing customers.
- Stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends, to effectively recommend the most appropriate solutions and exceptional customer experience.
- Manage the implementation of various sold products, including coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverable to ensure successful execution.
- Provide or coordinate training and ongoing support to clients to ensure they maximize the value of the implemented solutions.
- Continuously updating client information within CRM systems.
- Attending tradeshows as requested to work in-person with clients and find new verticals for our products.
- You are responsible for meeting and exceeding quarterly targets.
- You will engage in training sessions, meetings, skill building, and professional development classes provided by the company.
- Provide weekly updates to Cantaloupe employees of closed deals and new sales opportunities.
- You will be responsible for continuously acquiring and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, & competitors.
- Up to 50% travel required.
