Responsibilities
- Inventory Management : Track and manage inventory levels to ensure stock is properly stored and rotated. Perform regular stock counts and assist with cycle counts.
- Receiving & Stocking : Unload incoming shipments, verify products against shipping documents, and store items in their appropriate locations.
- Order Fulfillment : Pick and pack products for shipment, ensuring that orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Shipping & Receiving : Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling, packing, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete.
- Warehouse Maintenance : Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
- Equipment Operation : Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipments, and receipts using warehouse management software or paper systems.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
