Job Summary
The Customer Service Manager, Coffee Services for CBC Specialty Beverage is responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving loyalty, and growing revenue through strategic relationship management, business development, performance monitoring, and customer retention.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and dedication.
- Guide customers through the onboarding process, ongoing training/support on offerings, including products and services.
- Regularly review customer accounts to assess needs, provide updates, and find opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Conduct regular account audits to evaluate profitability and ensure return on investment standards are met.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred; two-year College degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
- Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (unless otherwise indicated by state) and good driving record.
- Previous coffee/ café experience.
- Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Must be able to travel to client sites.
- Must be passionate about providing outstanding service to our clients and customers.
