Healthcare Operations Manager

About the Role
As a Nursing Director at Canterbury Center, you will be responsible for leading nursing operations and guiding the nursing team. You will promote an environment focused on top-of-license practice and collaboration, and key qualifications include:

1. A graduate degree in nursing or a related field.
2. Current Registered Nurse license by the State Board of Nursing; BSN preferred.
3. At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care is required.
4. On-call availability is required.
