Key Responsibilities
- Teach English classes in various educational settings immediately following the completion of the TEFL program.
- Engage actively in a 20-hour weekly accredited Spanish language course.
- Participate in weekly cultural and social activities organized by the Garcia Lorca Spanish School Adventure Club, fostering community connections.
- Collaborate with a network of over 125 partner English schools to enhance teaching opportunities and gain additional income through private tutoring.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Adaptability to diverse environments and cultures.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and engaging with students from varied backgrounds.
- College degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- Previous teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- TEFL or CELTA certification is beneficial but not required at the time of application.

Compensation And Benefits
- Participants are eligible to earn 16€/hour for teaching up to 30 hours a week, providing ample opportunity to cover living expenses while enjoying the dynamic lifestyle of Madrid.
- Program costs include:
- One Year Study Abroad Program with TEFL & Spanish: 2,780€
- Madrid Lifestyle Program (for TEFL holders) with Spanish: 1,970€
- Participants will receive a one-year student visa, allowing legal residence and work in Spain, along with a comprehensive 20-hour weekly Spanish language program at Instituto Cervantes.
- Future years of tuition will be tuition-free after completing the initial program, providing exceptional value for long-term personal and professional development.
