Key Responsibilities
- Teach English classes at various partner English schools in Madrid, engaging students in learning and language acquisition.
- Participate in cultural and social activities organized by Canterbury English to foster community engagement and support.
- Complete the required Spanish language courses to maintain visa eligibility and enhance communication skills.
- Network with fellow ex-pats and contribute to a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in English (native or bilingual).
- A passion for teaching and a desire to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Adaptability to new environments and cultures, with a willingness to embrace challenges.
- A college degree or equivalent educational background.
- While prior teaching experience is not mandatory, a TEFL or CELTA certification is advantageous.
- Completion of a four-week, 120-hour accredited TEFL course is included in our program.

- A one-year student visa allowing legal residency and the ability to work up to 30 hours per week at €18/hour.
- Competitive program pricing: One Year Study Abroad Program with TEFL & Spanish at €2780; Madrid Lifestyle Program (for TEFL holders) at €1970.
