- Participate in initial Work Orientation and ongoing professional development sessions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A student visa allowing legal employment in Spain, permitting up to 30 hours of work per week.
- Competitive hourly wage of 18€ for teaching positions.
- Affordable program costs:
- One Year Study Abroad Program with TEFL & Spanish: 2780€
- Madrid Lifestyle Program (for TEFL holders) with Spanish: 1970€
