Canterbury Leather, a family owned business specializing in high quality leather footwear, bags, belts and accessories is seeking a floor manager to join our team. We are looking for individuals who call Cape Cod home as this is a full time year round position.
Job Overview
The floor manager is an essential member of our team working closely with and assisting the store manager. The floor manager enjoys engaging with customers and thrives in a retail environment. Responsible for merchandising, inventory management, pricing, and store presentation. Handles sales transactions, returns and exchanges efficiently. Enthusiastic towards helping customers find the right items. Takes direction well, and enjoys working with our small but strong team. Prior retail experience is preferred but we will train the right person. This role has the potential to grow with us as well.
