Job Summary :
We offer an exciting and unique place for individuals looking to develop hospitality management techniques by working in a large entertainment venue. With direct supervision from Food & Beverage Management, this position will assist Food and Beverage Leadership and supervise Food & Beverage team members on assigned shifts. Responsible for supporting the Companies Mission, Vision, and Values by providing Fun and Games, through the Canterbury Way.
Learning Objectives :
- Develop leadership skills, negotiation and interpersonal communication techniques by working with team members and guests.
- Learn hospitality management skills by assisting Canterbury Park Leadership in oversight of a variety of frontline positions.
- Develop communication skills by applying analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Learn from experienced industry professionals in a fast paced and high energy hospitality environment.
