Canterbury Place, a leading provider of Senior Living, is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will play a key role in driving our human resources strategy, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Responsibilities :

• Lead all aspects of the human resources function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support the organization's goals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
• Manage a team of HR professionals and provide them with coaching and development opportunities.
• Stay abreast of current HR trends and best practices.
