As a Nurse Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Monitoring residents' conditions and reporting any changes to nursing staff
- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
- Accurately and timely documenting resident care and activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
