WNY’s Preeminent Life Care Community is seeking a compassionate and highly motivated LPN to join our Assisted Living department in Williamsville, NY. We are currently hiring for the following position:
- Regular Part Time (3 days/week): 3pm - 11pm, with up to a $10,000 Recruitment and Retention Bonus
Job purpose:
The primary purpose of this job position is to provide oversight of procedures that maximize the resident's existing abilities, emphasize independence instead of dependence, and minimize the effects of aging with an attitude of realistic optimism under the supervision of an Administrator.
Job tasks include:
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct care services, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the Community.
- Maintain care records, resident files, and progress notes as required.
- Review resident care needs and physicians' orders.
- Perform nursing duties such as completing DSS forms, functional assessment service plans, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc., as necessary.

LPN Requirements:
- Must have credentials as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current NYS license.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have verbal and written English skills.
- Must pass a medical evaluation, background check, and drug test.
- Must have reliable transportation.
