Position available:
- Full Time: 8am-4pm Monday-Friday and 1 Saturday or Sunday a month.
We are looking for a dedicated individual with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facility at the Williamsville Campus. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facility in a clean and orderly condition.
Job tasks include:
- Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain equipment in good condition.
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues.
- Handle reasonable resident complaints/requests and inform others when required.
- Check stocking levels of all consumables.
- Comply with Department of Health regulations.
Housekeeper skills and qualifications:
- Proven working experience in relevant field.
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated.
- Prioritization skills.
- Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail.
