6:00am to 2:00pm Monday - Friday
2:00pm to 10:00pm Monday -Friday
10:00pm to 6:00am Rotating schedule
Weekend Doubles -Saturday and Sunday - 6:00am to 10:00pm
Shift Differential:
Shift 2: $0.75
Shift 3: $0.50
Shift 4: $1.50
Shift 5: $1.50
Shift 6: $0.50

Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
- Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients conducive to the safety Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
- Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of Patients per established policies & procedures.
- Identify, document and report changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License
