- As an LVN / LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN / LPN licensure or as a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
- Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions / changes and documents in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state / federal guidelines & regulations.
- EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
- Ensures implementation of care plans as directed and administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Participates in assigning duties and supervises the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.Requirements :
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
