What are the responsibilities and job description for the Professional Healthcare Provider position at Cantex?

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for observing, assessing, and reporting Patient conditions/changes, documenting in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations, and receiving, transcribing, and executing physicians' orders.
You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to evaluate and implement a Patient's care plan, direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff, and ensure that Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.
