Position Description: The Role:
Were seeking a high-impact Business Development Representative (BDR) to supercharge our outbound sales engine through relentless prospecting, deep account research, and pipeline generation. What Youll Do:
Build a new business pipeline through strategic outbound multi-channel prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
Nurture early-stage opportunities and gain traction with creative follow-ups
Outbound into target Ideal Client Profile segments to find net-new logos in your assigned territory
Partner with BDMs to create a systematic, programmatic outbound program researching target business segments, personas, and key decision-makers
Deliver a world-class first impression to prospects, sparking interest in our IT, AI and Cyber security services
Hit monthly quotas for booked meetings and qualified opportunities
Log every interaction in our CRM (HubSpot) with precision and rigordaily activity tracking is your superpower
Support go to market strategy, tactics and campaigns to maximize booking potential
Level up your service and industry knowledge through regular training sessions
Create appointments that set our BDMs up for the win
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
60-80 outbound calls/day (excluding no-answers)
5-7 meaningful conversations/day
20 chats/day
Metrics averaged weeklyconsistency is everything
What Youll Bring:
Your authenticity, integrity, curiosity and drive to succeed
2-3 years of BDR, sales, or related experience (1-2 years minimum if youve crushed it elsewhere)
Proven track record of smashing sales metrics and quotas year-over-year
Open to new ideas, better ways to executing and collaborating with teammates
College degree preferred (or equivalent hustle)
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentout-of-the-box thinking is your edge
Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into cold, new target accounts
Polished, authentic communicatorverbal, written, and interpersonal skills that build trust & credibility
Process-driven multitasker with stellar organizational and time management chops
Consultative sales mindsetlisten first, understand and position capabilities to match
High energy, positive attitude, and a knack for taking initiative

Comfort with Microsoft Office quick mastery of CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus)
