Activities Aide Qualifications & Skills:

•       Previous experience in a similar role or in a healthcare setting.
•       First Aid and CPR certification.
•       Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•       Creativity in designing engaging and meaningful activities.
•       Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
•       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•       Sensitivity to the needs of elderly or disabled individuals.
•       Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
•      High school diploma or equivalent.
•       Ability to pass a background check.
•       Physical ability to assist participants and move activity equipment.
•       Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
•       Strong observation and assessment skills.
•       Capability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
•       Empathy and patience in working with diverse populations.
