GENERAL LABORER – SUMMER SEASONAL
The normal schedule is Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Position Overview:
Canton Drop Forge, a leading producer of large, closed die forgings in Canton, Ohio, is seeking General Laborers to join our team for the Summer. This opportunity allows for an introduction into manufacturing, a summer job, and a path to a full-time career.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Forklift and/or Bobcat operation
- Painting
- Cleaning
- Stocking supplies
- Use of power tools
- Lifting and moving supplies and equipment up to 75 lbs.
- May assist in light production activities as needed
- Other General Labor duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Canton Drop Forge is a Drug-Free Workplace. Must be willing to undergo and pass a drug test if hired - including hair follicle testing.
Desired Requirements:
- 18-years-of-age minimum, or 17-years-of-age and enrolled in relevant Vocational Program
- Ability to bend, stoop, walk, and stand frequently throughout shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lb. repeatedly throughout shift.
