ABA Tutors - Canton Public Schools

Canton Public Schools is looking for dynamic ABA Tutors at the PreK, Elementary, and Middle School level who value equity, social-emotional learning and provide access to learning experiences for all students.  Qualified candidates will have demonstrated success in building and sustaining strong relationships with students and families and value on-going collaboration with colleagues. 

Position Details

The ABA Tutor supports students with IEP services who require a significant level of behavioral, academic and social support through the use of ABA instructional methodology under the supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Data collection and graphing is a component of responsibilities. ABA tutors work in a variety of contexts, including general education and special education settings, and in large-group, small group, or 1:1 ratios. The ABA Tutor will be restraint and de-escalation strategies certified each year by the district. ABA Tutors are assigned to the district and may be moved to support students in other buildings as needs arise.
