Responsibilities:
The primary functions are for the Client Data Management team of Cantor Fitzgerald, GFI and BGC. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining client entity information, ensuring the smooth creation and configuration of client accounts, and supporting the configuration of client preferences in line with organizational needs. You will also play a key role in ensuring the integrity, governance, and risk mitigation of our processes, focusing on data accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. This position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of client data management processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Client Entity Information Setup:
Set up and maintain accurate and up-to-date client entity information within the company's data systems. Ensure that all client data is correctly categorized, verified, and easily accessible for internal stakeholders.
Client Account Configuration:
Oversee the setup of new client accounts, ensuring all necessary details and configurations are accurate and align with organizational requirements. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accounts are activated and operational.
Configuration of Client Preferences:
Work with clients to configure and maintain account preferences based on their specific needs and requirements. Ensure that all client settings, including user preferences and notifications, are set up and adjusted in accordance with their expectations.
Governance and Controls:
Implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure the consistency, quality, and security of client data. Develop and maintain best practices for data entry, updates, and access control to prevent discrepancies and unauthorized data access.

Continuously evaluate and improve client data management processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with best practices. Propose solutions for optimizing workflows and automating repetitive tasks.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., IT, Compliance, and Operations) to ensure seamless execution of data setup and configuration. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve any client-related data issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data management, client account setup, or similar roles, preferably within a regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with data management software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, database platforms).
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to analyze large sets of data and identify inconsistencies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions based on data analysis.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with various teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in client data management (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Internal Trading Systems, Microsoft Suite, FIS Account Platform
Educational Qualifications:
