As a Graphic Designer at Cantrip, you will be responsible for bringing our brand to life through dynamic visuals that resonate with our audience. Your expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite— especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop —will be critical in designing and editing high-quality marketing assets for Cantrip. This role requires someone who can deliver creative solutions with tight turnarounds and work closely with printers to ensure our designs are flawlessly executed in print.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and Production : Create and refine a wide range of visual assets, including posters, flyers, in-store displays, social media graphics, and product designs, while maintaining brand consistency. Prior use of AI to enhance design is preferred.
- Adobe Creative Suite Expertise : Utilize advanced InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop skills to produce compelling designs that align with our brand identity. Knowledge of all three programs is required. Experience with AfterEffects and PremierPro is a plus.
- Print Management : Collaborate with printers to ensure designs are printed accurately and meet high-quality standards, including proper color matching and material selection.
- Quick Turnaround : Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, delivering high-quality work on time without compromising creativity or attention to detail.
- Brand Development : Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop new visual strategies that drive brand engagement and product visibility.
