Salary Range
Crisis Response Rates :
Mobile Crisis Assessment Responding Rates :
300 per completed telehealth assessment
400 per completed face to face assessment
Mobile Crisis On-Call Rate : $7.25 / hour
Mobile Crisis On-Call Holiday Rate : $8.10 / hour
Mobile Crisis On-call Consult : $35 / hour
Meetings and Trainings : $20 / hour

Position Summary
This position is responsible for in-home crisis assessment / diagnosis and crisis intervention services to children, adults, and families, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided for after hours and weekend coverage. Treatment services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), community and telehealth.

Hybrid - Anoka County, MN
Schedule
Minimum Four, 12-hour shifts per month
