Job Title: Test Manager for Space-Based Testing Facilities
Location: Arnold AFB, TN - Tullahoma, TN

Duties:
- Meet with customers to gather information and establish requirements
- Develop Statements of Capabilities (SOCs) including cost estimates
- Provide project management support to test efforts to monitor cost, schedule, and quality
- Support Technical Review Boards (TRBs), Safety Review Boards (SRBs), Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), and other project-related meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in relevant Engineering or Scientific field
- A minimum of 3 years performing DoD testing
- Familiarization with DoD or Air Force Test Center test & evaluation processes
- Experience leading technical teams
- Experience managing complex projects
- Experience with space-based systems, cryovacuum chambers, and/or ballistic ranges
- Experience applying technical and programmatic risk management or mitigation strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be organized with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Master's degree in a relevant Engineering or Scientific field (desired)
- 5-10 years of DoD testing experience (desired)
Security Clearance: Must have a Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
Other Essential Job Functions: Candidate may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
