Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team at Doremi Sofa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a keen eye for design, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, assisting customers in selecting the perfect pieces to enhance their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide knowledgeable and personalized service to help customers find the perfect sofa.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product line, including features, benefits, and design options.
• Assist customers with product selection, customization options, and purchase transactions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-up service with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed store objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or luxury goods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Knowledge of design principles and an interest in interior decorating.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, marketing, or design is a plus.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
