In this leadership role, you will orchestrate our team, managing clinical schedules and donor center collection capacity, supporting our production goals. You’ll be a champion for donor experience and safety, ensuring the smooth execution of our clinic within regulatory compliance and quality standards. This is an engaging, hands-on position that will allow you to influence patient care and blend responsibility, impact, and people management. Duties and Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain a culture of operational excellence by ensuring the provision of exemplary service and care to the donors
- Provides staff oversight through direct observation, regular meetings, and quarterly performance reviews to ensure excellent customer service and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Federal and State regulations
- Execute and monitor the effectiveness of Clinical Quality Plan through the performance and delegation of equipment QC and maintenance activities, donor chart audits, and error management
- Effectively develop and manage the clinical staff to enhance the operational and business success and to assure adequate services in the donor processing
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of healthcare, business administration, biomedical or biological sciences
- 10 years of related nursing experience in a medical, quality, or regulated environment; experience in a medical clinic environment is an asset
- 5 years of developing, supporting, and managing direct reports
- Licensed to practice nursing in the state of California
- Experience with apheresis or whole blood donation and processing, blood banking, and/or laboratory techniques and equipment is strongly preferred
Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
