We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Othera leadership team. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of our retreats, events, and wellness initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, managing communications, and supporting key projects. Responsibilities:
• Manage the calendar, appointments, and travel logistics for the Othera leadership team.
• Prepare and organize materials for meetings, retreats, and events.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person retreats, workshops, and programs.
• Maintain open and effective communication with team members, clients, and partners.
• Assist with creating content and documentation for wellness initiatives.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Help coordinate marketing and promotional efforts for Othera events.
• Monitor and follow up on key project deliverables.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Experience with scheduling tools and remote work platforms.
• Interest or experience in wellness, yoga, or retreats is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
