Constuction Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks.
• Assist skilled tradespeople with their duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to labor tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a labor or construction role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
