Duties

- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
- Conduct night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
