We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential homes, hotels, and commercial spaces. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to meet the cleanliness standards of the facility.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and presentable for guests or residents.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care maintenance to uphold the aesthetic appeal of the premises.
- Assist in preparing meals or snacks when required, adhering to dietary guidelines or preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards is a plus.
- Ability to sanitize various surfaces effectively using appropriate cleaning agents.
- Experience with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care maintenance is desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and residents.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
