Full-time, Day Shift, 40 hours/week plus 8-10 hours of overtime per week during our peak season (occasional Saturday shifts).
Requirements
Essential Functions:
Our Material Handler for the West Mill responsibilities include moving carts, scrap bins, using a forklift for a small duration of shift to load and transport materials, and staging pallets to for the panel saw. Additional duties include tailing the sanding machine and sorting parts. The role requires maintaining a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures. Strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines are essential.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to submit for pre-employment background check and drug screening
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics and technical manuals
- Ability to read and interpret production work – order tags
- High attention to detail to meet specifications and to work safely
- Successfully work in a team environment
Salary: The compensation for this position is $18.13 - $21.94 hourly. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
