Position Summary :

The Senior Territory Business Manager is responsible for developing and growing sales within an assigned geographical sales territory in the Dealer sales channel. This position will identify, create and implement sales strategies focused on growing existing business, accessing new opportunities with existing accounts and pursuing new accounts.

Essential Functions :

  • Support existing business by cultivating relationships with and supporting the needs of key decision makers in the dealer channel.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales growth opportunities in the dealer channel.
  • Understand and respond to customer needs and requirements.
  • Learn, understand, and be the market expert on all of Canyon Creek's product lines, programming and pricing.
  • Remain up to date and the market expert on new product releases, updates and changes.
  • Provide regular forecasts and market intelligence for assigned territory.
  • Work cross functionally with all customer touch points, within the company, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and general account management and maintenance.
  • Identify opportunities and challenges within account base and develop strategies to maximize sell-through, revenue and market share.
  • Provide support and develop existing Dealer relationships through regular communication, one-on-one training and in-person meetings.
  • Provide business counsel and marketing advice to Dealers.
  • Stay informed about the market, market trends and customers' projects and business needs.
  • Provide timely follow-up on all leads.

  • In-depth and continually updated knowledge of design, fashion, and trends in the cabinet industry.
  • DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's-level degree in Business or relevant field required.
  • Extensive experience in the cabinet (or similar) industry in lieu of degree requirement.
  • Experience selling to Kitchen & Bath Dealers preferred.
  • Experience using CRM Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of 20 / 20 Design software and Quoting / Pricing preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing and maintain an acceptable driving record.
  • Compensation :

    Base pay range : $85,000.00 / yr - $110,000.00 / yr

    Performance Bonus : up to 100% of Base Salary

    Car Allowance : $500 per month

    Seniority level : Mid-Senior level
