Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Physical Therapist at Canyon Home Care & Hospice. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing rehabilitation services, patient care, and home care services. Some remote work is allowed in this role.
Qualifications
- Medicine and Physical Therapy skills
- Experience in Rehabilitation and Patient Care
- Knowledge of Home Care practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in home health care is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
