- Direct and provide athletic training for West Plains High School and Junior High
- Lead student trainers and direct on proper training techniques
- Work with part-time staff to establish coverage of athletic events
- Work with coaching staff to establish treatment schedules
- Coordinate Rank One information for West Plains HS and Junior High
- Coordinate preseason physicals and required paperwork of all student athletes
- Purchase and coordinate supplies for training facilities
- The position includes many nights and weekends, along with extended travel
