What are the responsibilities and job description for the Houseman/Maintenance position at Canyon Motel?
The Canyon Motel located in downtown Wellsboro is actively seeking a full time houseman employee. Applicants should have experience with light maintenance and repairs and be willing to travel to other properties when needed.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- General maintenance
- Landscaping and clean up
- Laundry
- Light housekeeping
- Parking lot clean up
- Pressure washing
- Pool cleaning
- Painting
The right applicant can be trained if he/she does not have complete knowledge in all areas. Rate of pay is negotiable.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
