Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to provide marketing and administrative support to the Manager. This full-time, in-office position is based in Studio City, CA. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and exhibit initiative and drive in scheduling appointments and initiating B2B marketing. You will enjoy cold-calling, possess excellent phone etiquette, demonstrate excellent communication skills and show a proven ability to handle multiple tasks while exhibiting a strong work ethic. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the success of our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support
- Provide direct administrative support to the Manager, including managing schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information for projects or reports
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries
- Assist with event planning and coordination
-Assist with office management duties, including supplies, inventory and general office organization.
-Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Google Suite and Google Maps is a MUST
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in personal assistant duties is a plus
- Previous customer service or medical front desk experience is beneficial
-Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to proofread documents and transcribe meeting minutes accurately
-High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
