Responsibilities:
Manage operations for areas assigned within the department. Plan and organize work flow for staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of all projects. Manages department level programs including production checklists, financial controls, and inventories. Ensures that all areas operate within budget constraints.
Responsible for the supervision of all Engineering staff including training, coaching, counseling, work schedules and performances evaluations. Supervises and provides general oversight of outside contractors. Ensures a safe environment for staff and guests; conducts regular training, develops, implements and ensures standards for key control and safety related topics are maintained. Conducts training on personal protective equipment, Hazmat and proper equipment handling, ensures proper documentation of any work related injury is complete ed accurately and within established time-frames.

Qualifications:
Must have prior knowledge of position/industry (3-5 years previous experience in same or related field). Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent. Certifications/licenses in relevant field; equivalent training will be considered. Must have a driver's license with an acceptable driving history. Acquire a Pima County Pool Certificate within 90 days of hire.
