As a Food and Beverage Assistant Manager you will assist in the day to day operations of the Double U Cafe, Demonstration Kichen, and The Vaquero on property. You will be involved in the following responsibilities:
- Ensure restaurants meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Assist with scheduling and payroll.
- Conduct interviews and oversee the training of new employees.
- Develop employees by guiding performance expectations.
- Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.

Associates Degree in Hospitality or Business Administration or related field is preferred.
2 years of restaurant supervisory experience is required.
The Assistant Manager is someone who is passionate about food and customer service. They are a problem-solver with strong work ethic and leadership skills. To be successful in this role, excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential. You will need to be proficient in all Microsoft office suite applications. A flexible work schedule is a must.
