Responsibilities:
Our Grounds Techs are responsible for general care of the property grounds, including cleaning of landscape/hardscaped areas and maintaining plants, trees, etc. You will be cleaning and removing plant debris, installing landscapes, trimming plant material, cleaning exterior fixtures, and performing irrigation repairs and maintenance.
Qualifications:
Having a High School diploma or G.E.D. is preferred, but not necessary.
Having 1 year of regional landscape experience preferred, but willing to consider candidates with a background in construction or similar duties with experience working outdoors at all times and all temperature/weather extremes.
