WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE
Website & Landing Page Management:
- Optimize website and landing pages to improve conversion rates for key actions: email sign-ups, bookings, and calls to the reservations team.
- Develop, test, and implement UX/UI enhancements that improve the user journey.
• Ensure landing pages align with marketing campaigns and messaging. • Work with content and design teams to create compelling on-site experiences.
KPI Optimization & Growth:
- Define, track, and report on key conversion KPIs, including bounce rates, form completion rates, and booking conversions.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve engagement and conversions.
- Use heatmaps, session recordings, and customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Continuously refine the website's performance based on data-driven insights.
Data-Driven Strategy:
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, HEAP, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to uncover insights and inform strategy.
- Partner with paid media and email marketing teams to optimize traffic sources for better conversion performance.
- Implement personalization and dynamic content strategies to enhance user engagement.
- Develop frameworks for testing hypotheses and measuring impact.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with other teams including performance marketing, creative design, developers, and content strategists to implement conversion improvements.
- Collaborate with paid media and CRM teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
- Align with brand and creative teams to maintain consistency across digital experiences.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable way.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Must have prior knowledge of position/industry (3-5 years previous experience in same or related field).
- Prior experience in conversion rate optimization, UX, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, etc.).
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
- Experience with heatmapping and user behavior tools (Hotjar, Crazy Egg, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
