Are you passionate about mentoring and empowering others to deliver outstanding guest experiences? Canyon Ranch in Tucson is looking for a Wellness Guide Trainer to inspire, coach, and elevate the skills of our Wellness Guide team.
What You’ll Do:
- Train & Motivate: Develop and lead training programs for new and current staff, ensuring mastery of Canyon Ranch systems, services, and guest engagement.
- Mentor & Support: Serve as an ongoing resource for staff development, monitoring interactions with guests, and providing constructive feedback.
- Enhance Guest Experience: Step in as a leader to resolve guest concerns, adjust staffing as needed, and maintain service excellence.
- Administrative Excellence: Organize training materials, track staff progress, and support the department’s operational needs.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role or related field, ideally in coaching, education, or wellness.
- Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems like Opera.
- Certifications: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
