Job Description: Canyon Ridge Services, LLC is looking for a skilled and driven Irrigation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in assembling, installing, and maintaining commercial landscape irrigation systems, ensuring the health, beauty, and longevity of our clients' outdoor spaces. Responsibilities include handling irrigation materials, troubleshooting systems, and programming controllers.

When not focused on irrigation tasks, you’ll support the team with various landscape duties such as planting, pruning, and general maintenance. This role requires proficiency in working efficiently with tools like shovels, rakes, and other landscaping hand tools. Additional responsibilities include site cleanup, weeding, edging, mowing, blowing, trimming, and assisting with other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication and Relationship Management:

· Interact professionally with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.

· Communicate project updates, recommendations, and maintenance schedules to management in a clear and timely manner.

· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through attentive service and responsiveness to their requirements.

2. Safety and Compliance:

· Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

· Adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to landscape maintenance operations.

· Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a Commercial Irrigation Technician (2 years minimum)

· Strong knowledge of all irrigation techniques and system components, landscape maintenance techniques, equipment, and materials.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
