As an Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our clients receive top-tier service and care. You'll lead and coordinate a skilled maintenance team, ensuring every project is executed to perfection. Your role will be pivotal in not only maintaining the beauty of our clients’ properties but also in identifying opportunities to enhance them further.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatching and Coordination:
- Efficiently dispatch the maintenance staff outlining their daily tasks and locations.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Foster open and effective communication with both maintenance staff and clients, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
Customer Service:
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Performing site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met
- Facilitating the resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal
Sales:
- Proactively presenting site enhancement ideas to your clients
- Generating referrals from existing clients and passing them to the Business Developer
- Developing accurate estimates for new and existing clients, maintaining acceptable gross margins that support the branch’s financial goals
- Generate Additional Work Authorizations (AWAs) as needed and ensure they are followed through to completion.
Operations:
- Assisting in overall leadership of the branch
- Maintaining satisfactory accounts receivable levels
- Coordinating with the Branch Administrator to ensure branch databases contain up-to-date client information
- Take and maintain detailed service notes, recording work completed, materials used, and any additional client requests.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress of maintenance crews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Demonstrate strong administrative abilities, including documentation, record-keeping, and report generation.
- Maintain an intimate understanding of each project, including specific client preferences and unique requirements.
- Monitor and track the regular monthly schedule, ensuring all maintenance accounts receive timely attention.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscaping maintenance or a related field.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of landscaping industry practices and materials.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in landscaping or related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
