Job Description: Canyon Ridge Services, LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Maintenance Foreman to join our dynamic team. As a Landscape Maintenance Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing various landscape maintenance tasks to ensure the beauty, health, and longevity of our clients' outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Supervision:
· Lead and supervise a team of landscape maintenance technicians.
· Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
· Delegate tasks effectively and efficiently, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
2. Landscape Maintenance Operations:
· Perform a wide range of landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, fertilizing, and irrigation system maintenance.
· Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to identify and address issues such as pests, diseases, and irrigation system malfunctions.
· Implement effective solutions to enhance the health and appearance of plants, trees, turf, and other landscape elements.
3. Client Communication and Relationship Management:
· Interact professionally with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
· Communicate project updates, recommendations, and maintenance schedules to clients in a clear and timely manner.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through attentive service and responsiveness to their requirements.
4. Safety and Compliance:
· Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
· Adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to landscape maintenance operations.
· Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field.
· Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
· Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, equipment, and materials.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
