What You’ll Do:
As a Guest Experience Specialist, you’ll be a key part of our hospitality team, helping to create memorable experiences from the first interaction to the final farewell. This position reports to the General Manager.
- Taking and managing lodging reservations via phone, email, and in person using hotel software program.
- Managing fractional ownership schedules and communications.
- Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and amenities to enhance guest experience.
- Communicating clearly and positively with guests, owners, and staff.
- Creating social media content with daily postings.
- Supporting the Marketing and Events Director with social media, monthly newsletter, marketing efforts, event support, and special projects as needed.
- Assisting with occasional grounds sweeps and light maintenance tasks.
- Occasional after hours on call for guest relations.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and .
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist callers.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Assist in managing guest relations by addressing feedback and implementing improvements when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality management or customer service is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management systems.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling inquiries effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
