SUMMARY
- Answer phones, respond to emails, greet applicants and residents, conduct in-person and virtual tours, schedule vendors, walk units, assist manager with duties and deadlines, and be a team player, as our front friendly face.
- Utilize sales guidelines to sell apartments, follow up on prospects, accurately complete required documentation, and move in new residents.
- Provide exceptional customer service, monitor renewals, and strive for resident retention.
- Participate in determining and executing marketing and advertising strategies.
- Ensure quality and quantity of make-ready apartments and prompt completion of service requests.
- Enforce resident compliance with community policies and procedures.
- Comply with all aspects of the federal Fair Housing Act, state Fair Housing laws, and local occupancy standards.

PHYSICAL EFFORT

Frequent (60-90% of the time): eye-hand coordination, color distinction, visual inspection, walking, reaching
Occasional (30-60% of the time): lifting 0-60 pounds, bending, squatting, heights - ladders
Rare (0-30% of the time): crawling, driving car/truck, step stools, extreme temperatures outside
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
High school graduate
At least two years of experience in relevant customer service
Able to work weekends
Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, & TEAMS)
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Work Schedule: Hours of work are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and occasional weekends (or as mandated by your Regional).
If occupancy is a concern, the office will be open on Saturdays. Please refer to your Regional Property Manager for specific requirements. This is on a rotation between the Property Manager and Leasing team.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages or being under the influence is prohibited.
Drug-Screening: Successfully pass a drug-screening test.
